How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Every purchase is backed by our 90-day return window. If you're not satisfied with your Verveana order, you may request a return for a refund in accordance with our return policy.

What is your return process?

To start a return, email us at support@verveana.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before sending items back.

Once approved, we will provide instructions including the correct return address.

Return details:

  • Return window: 90 days from date of receipt

  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for costs

  • Restocking fees: None

  • Refund timing: Within 7 business days after inspection

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@verveana.com with photos of the damage or a description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.

Can I exchange an item for something different?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Which items cannot be returned?

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.

After approval, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Who pays for customs and import fees?

Orders may be shipped from international fulfilment centres. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
